We are powered by our volunteers. There are many ways in which to get involved. We appreciate your time and talent.
Event volunteers: Many hands make light work at our golf tournament and dinner party. We need people to staff the registration table, to serve as hole in one witnesses, to set up and clean up, to sell raffle tickets and balloons during the cocktail party, to assist with auction checkout, and many other behind-the-scenes tasks. If you are available on May 20, 2019, we'd love your help, whether for a few hours or all day. We have both on-your-feet and seated tasks - something for everyone!
Raffle Ticket Sales: If you are able to sell raffle tickets before our golf tournament to your friends, coworkers, family members, and others, we would be pleased to provide you with a supply to sell. There are two raffles this year - one for a Year of Beer, and one for a Lake Placid getaway featuring 2 nights at the world renowned Mirror Lake Inn (www.mirrorlakeinn.com).
Auction Item Solicitors: We need many items to make our live and silent auctions successful. Gift certificates, theme baskets, unique gift items, vacation stays, and more all help to make our auctions fun and interesting. Whether you can create an auction item or obtain them from businesses in the community, many items help to make a fun and exciting auction for all. Every item is appreciated!
Planning Committee: Our event planning committee is involved in the myriad details to help ensure a fun and profitable event. This is a great place to share ideas and opinions, and have influence toward keeping things fresh and interesting. We welcome members of the community and anyone else who would like to be involved.
